Perfect food and amazing staff/service!
My favorite sandwich shop in the world. Always melt-in-your-mouth delicious. I’m not usually someone to get the same thing over and over again but the Italian sub Michaels way is impossible to not get again and again. I also love all their soups I’ve tried and I love their tuna salad.
I’ve been a regular customer here and have always enjoyed the food, which is why today’s experience was so disappointing. I ordered an Italian Mike’s Way to go and then planned to eat in the restaurant. My interaction with Sam was very unpleasant. What should have been a simple transaction became a prolonged discussion about whether the order was for dine-in or takeout.
