Michaels Baths sent us two amazing workers to rip out and install a new shower. When they encountered an issue as most so with home improvements they gave me options for fixing. They checked with me on placement before installing each piece of hardware. They wanted to make sure it was exactly the way I wanted it. And then, when I thought they had missed something, we called and they sent someone over that day to help me understand. If I ever had to get another shower installed this would be the company.
The men who did the work were easy to work with, hard working, knew all fasets of their job, focused, covered every detail, and resourceful...when issues with my old house occurred, he had ideas to make it happen. Gave suggestions when I asked for help, took care of clean up, went well above my expectations. Would recommend this team of hard workers. Very happy with the finished job.
I had a shower stall and a bath and surround installed. Installers were courteous and completed the job in 2-1/2 days with very little mess left behind. Zac made sure I was aware of everything that would be happening before he started and left me with the appropriate care instructions. I’m very happy with my new bathrooms!
Fantastic experience! These guys were on time, friendly knowledgeable, and did top notch work. Shower came out exceptional!
