Michaels Cookies could improve working conditions for employees by eliminating the point system if employees call in sick. Some employees were staying at work while vomiting as to lose points. That is disgusting and after losing the Kentucky Fried Chicken cookie contract employees, were injured on site, including myself and no one followed up on the incident, denied it happened, and I no longer work there. A word of caution to all those wanting to work there.
