Horrible customer service! Incredibly rude and acted "put out" that we wanted to know if a van was available. Was told sarcastically "It's my day off, but I'll work. No problem." Unbelievably bad attitude when we were looking to buy immediately! When my husband called understandably upset, he was given excuses that the worker was "having a hard time", and then was hung up on.
RecommendedLow pressure atmosphere which is great. Ask questions you'll simply get an answer! Took a long drive to get a great truck!!! Honest bunch of guys who will shake your hand and thank you for your business. For all the people pissing on these guys remember, used means used! If you want a new rig go buy new. These guys are straight forward. Reccomend the time and drive to see what they got for your driveway!
