I bought a Dump truck for my business thinking it was a solid, and functional truck. Such a mistake! I'm starting a new year and I'm still investing in a truck that hasn’t worked once since we bought it, like 4 months ago. Every week is a new issue (we have the bills and receives to prove it). Just want to say that I get a kick out of their website. It says in big letters, "Founded on TRUST, INTEGRITY, RESPECT". They make you feel that this is true while you're in the process of purchasing a vehicle. They roll out the red carpet and pamper you with big smiles on their faces. That's all great, But, if you have any problems with your vehicle after you buy, and you ask them for help, you'll realize that you're not so special or important to them anymore. BUYERS BEWARE. They sold me a GMC Pickup truck with a bad ball joint and strut, a serious safety hazard, and allowed me to risk my life driving it 32 miles home to Pittsfield. Needless to say, it failed inspection in Mass and cost me $700 in repairs. I asked for reimbursement and never received a dime. Within only 200 miles after that, so far, the radiator started overheating because of a bad thermostat, a tire pressure sensor went bad, and recently the radio and entire light-up window went completely dead. They were the best. I never had to leave my house. I'm a senior in this covid time, and sales person Brian Bell did all the work. If they could get a 10 point rating, I would give it to Brian and Michael's Auto Plaza. One of my best experiences.
