Called on Monday was told they would be by sometime on Tuesday to look at the heater. They never showed up. So, we called Wednesday, and we were told they had two businesses that had to be done first, but that they should be there sometime in the afternoon. They showed up glanced at the heater and said “oh that’s an old heater” then said the cover panel that was on it wasn’t for this heater.
