The mission of Fraternity House, Inc. is to provide warm and caring homes where men and women disabled by HIV/AIDS can receive comprehensive care and services in order to rebuild their health and return to independent living, or where they can spend their last days in comfort and dignity. Fraternity House in Elfin Forest is home to 8 men, while Michaelle House in Vista serves 12 women and men. We are a NON-PROFIT organization (tax ID #33-0306861) that gladly accepts donations in order to serve our low-income residents.

Very shady care facility..allowing residents to check out other residents on passes from this facility resulting in a missing persons report to be filed 3 different times on a certain individual who was in the past in michalle house care.. Also questionable fraudulent activity being investigated right now on mishandled social security funds and possible fraudulent use of another companies name and information to obtain being a Social Security representative payee for the individual in question...requested many times response... read more
