5 star experience! I needed a new mattress after sleeping on a brick for over 10 years. Mr. Robert was super awesome and super patient. Told him what I was looking for and he pointed out the mattresses. Ended up snagging a box spring and then my granny snagged her a mattress while we were there. We ended up going back to the store because she needed a new box spring and that was super easy. Did business here a few months ago. Went by here and looked at selection. Went to Mattress Firm and Ashley Furniture outlet and looked around. Mattress Firm and Ashley both tries to use price adjustment and sale pressures. I'm old school and smart. Came back to Michalis and purchased a new mattress and power base. Sales experience was outstanding. No pressure. No price gimmicks. Very straight forward. Very satisfied with this super comfortable bed. Delivery associates were very polite and professional. Nice selection. Guy working there answered questions, but wasn't overly pushy. Overall pleased with checking out mattresses here. May be back when I settle on what to actually purchase.
