So friendly & professional!!
Made appointment for 11:30. Showed up twenty minutes early to take care of any paperwork. Sat in lobby for 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Watch two people arrive after me and watch them get called back. Seem like my appointment time wasn’t important. So I left since my time is important. Worst experience ever I would suggest you look for another dentist that treats all patients equal
This is the best dental practice I have ever been to in my long life! from the initial consultation where they clearly explained and were able to show me with a big computer screen what was wrong and what they were going to do, to the visit I had today where they fixed a major cavity, every step of the way was professional. He still owes me money he agreed to pay and I was also charged for things not done after he told me he would return my money but I would have to find a new dentist.
After my dad passed away because of COVID I needed to look for a dentist in whom i could trust. Someone recommended Dr Mckenzie and as i was living in Palmyra, MO at that time i scheduled an appointment in his clinic. The whole staff was awesome very detailed and focused on every patient. I think that they all love what they do and i appreciate that they take care of my mouth just as my dad used to do. Thank you all.
