Second time dealing with this business in less then two weeks, first experience with this pizza establishment was completely horrible, second experience far worse. Appears that this pizza establishment lacks the know how of running a business because their customer service is sub-par at best. If this is the "best" in the area, I would hate to see the worst this area has to offer. TWO THUMBS DOWN and I HAD TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR.
I tried to order a pizza over the phone that my sister could pick up on her way home from work, and was not allowed to pay for it over the phone. I was told "we don't take cards over the phone for pick up orders, only delivery..." They offered no logical reason for this (if the pizza is paid for, why should they care one way or another?) and were quite snarky about it, too. Oh by the way, they charge extra for delivery. I remember when they opened the MJ location eons ago when WalMart was on that side, next to Smash Video. To this date, this is still my favorite pizza and the calzones are out of this world. Even after living in Rhode Island for a few years and experiencing a huge variety of "Authentic" places, Michaelangelo's still takes the cake.
I love your pizza ! But that isn't the best part it's the mozzarella cheese sticks and prozos ! I love all the food and the grey customer service ! I go every time I have a chance !
Best pizza at the beach! We eat here a few times every time we vacation in Kure Beach!
