I was called to perform a home grading/foundation review and provide an estimate for her Client’s concessions. Unfortunately, I was provided the incorrect address information which shows a ‘lack of attention to detail’ and I wasted roughly 1 hr 30 minutes as it was a 45 min one-way travel time to unknown home address.
