Michaela was great to work with! As first time homebuyers she really helped us understand the process of buying a home and was available whenever we had questions. We felt like we got the best option for our price range and its thanks to her skills and knowing what to look for in a home that we were able to do it! She also is really just a great human and you can tell she truly enjoys what she does and cares about her clients.
Without reservation, I cannot praise Corcoran-Hall & Co. enough. The showcased effort was unparalleled and second to none. We were able to close on a VA loan in around 30 days with numerous additional inspections required by virtue of the loan requirements. Corcoran-Hall & Co. expertly coordinated everything. We first met Michaela when her parents were our realto... read more
Michaela and team are absolutely spectacular, supportive, communicative and PERSONALLY involved in ensuring this experience is a success. I continually refer all of my friends and family to her and will continue to do so! Thank you Michaela and Team!
The Cocoran-Hall team is the crème-de-la crème of real estate. When they say luxury is in the service, they mean it. I have been represented and treated so well as both a buyer and seller with this agency. Michaela brings her whole heart to every interaction, and she brings sanity, humanity, and peace of mind to a process that can feel vulnerable and overwhelming at times. She’s a fierce advocate and goes the extra mile to make sure your needs are taken care of by an arsenal of local resources. I trust her implicitly and rec... read more
