Very polite and friendly. I’ve gone to him for 2 years, he is never rushed and explained everything I asked him. his staff is wonderful! I go every 3 months and never have a complaint. I trust him with my life!
He was very rude and short with me. Made almost no eye contact while writing notes with his back turned to me. Very off putting. Not going to go back to see him.
I'm a patient that has been under Dr. Zenni's care for eleven years. I've had excellent medical service throughout this time period and highly recommend Dr. Zenni.
Dr. Zenni knows his business. Been cared by him for over 13 years. Trust him.
He's very blunt in giving a cancer diagnosis and test results. Does not show compassion, merely clinical. Knowledge is great but without showing compassion, he was just a clanging gong. He wouldn't be in healthcare if he didn't care, so he should show it. Not all red-blooded American, macho men want to be given a cancer diagnosis in such a blunt fashion. His staff didn't offer any compassion either. They were professional to a fault...apathetic some. Ignorant of other cultures. Uncouth.
Dr Zenni is an excellent doctor. He cares about his patients and does a great job communicating his diagnosis of your condition and your treatment alternatives.
Dr Zenni has been awesome along with his staff. Kidney Stones are no fun for anyone. He is trying to get to the reason I’m having these troublesome stones. Lots of test and X-rays, which I’m thrilled to do to hopefully eliminate any future issues. I feel Dr Zenni is not just wanting to treat the stone issue but possibly eliminate them from further future issues.
He was very direct very stern. Never smiled but was very polite and knowable.
I'd like to hope I caught him on 2 bad days, but I was basically terrified of him the entire time. He seemed to genuinely be enraged at me from the moment I walked in (we'd never met). He was not what I'd call gentle with the scope. When he told me about treatment options I literally drew in a breath and he got up angrily and said "fine!" as if I had given him an answer of some sort (a bad one I guess?). It was surreal and harrowing in all honesty. This was a few years back, maybe he's mellowed?
