Dr was very knowledgeable, brief, gave me orders for other test and I was on my way.

The staff was courteous and professional. However, we arrived at 8:35AM and I was not seen until 10:00.
The doctor was fine, but the office itself..I feel like the whole thing was a waste of time and could of been done over the phone in less then 5 minutes. I need a colonoscopy and they said since I'm diabetic I needed an in person consult before they schedule the appointment. My appointment was at 3:30 and I was told to be there at 3:15. Didn't see the doc until about 4:30. No one did vitals on me, just asked a couple questions. Then i had to go back to the waiting room to wait to schedule the appointment. Doctor was very polite and asked several questions and ordered some blood work but didn't explain about what he was testing for.
This was my first visit and I was very please took my concerns very seriously and the wait time wasn’t bad
THE WHOLE VISIT WENT WELL BUT FROM 9AM UNTIL 11:15 AND TO LONG ME WAS WAY TO FOR A DOCTOR'S APP ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING THAT I ONY SAW THE DOCTOR FOR LESS THAN 10MIN.
The lady who took me back was not happy. Very unpleasant. Doctor was ok. The man who gave me my appointment was actually busy chatting with someone and had to be called back. When he got to his desk he looked at me like I was interrupting his time and didn't acknowledge me at all. He just gave me my appointment. Terrible customer service. People get a job and a title and think they're God's gift...
