Michael has been our insurance agent for over 10 years, and his responsiveness has never wavered. Whenever we have questions, he gets back to us quickly with clear, helpful answers. One area we'd love to see even more of is a yearly policy review, just to confirm we're still getting the best coverage for our needs as things change over time. Overall, we've really valued having Michael in our corner.
