Mike just finished up a medium sized job for me & I couldn’t be happier. He met with me numerous times as the work progressed. Ultimately rotted wood in 5 different locations on siding, new stairs off the deck, replaced a few of the odd angled deck slats, repaired the hot water closet (even cut in a half moon in the door as a fun look), repaired and replaced moldings, added a stair railing inside and built the best Zen portal to the backdoor entrance, all within budget and timely given the scope of the work.
