My wife and I live out of state and she needed someone to assist her with an appraisal and listing of her aunt and uncle property. My wife located Michael online and after reading his reviews and speaking to him she decided to proceed with his services. Michael was very sensitive to the families needs, professional, has great communication, knows the market and stepped in when we could not be present. I needed to have my fathers house appraised when he past away last year. I looked online and thankfully I found Michael. He was so nice and answered all of my questions. I even had to reschedule at the last minute and he was happy to accommodate. Once met him, I knew that I had made a wise choice.
