Michael Williams was recommended by a friend here in Woodstock,, and I am so thankful for that recommendation. He came out when he said he would, confirmed that I needed a whole new system, and got the ball rolling immediately. Communication was impeccable, and he (and his wife) were a pleasure to deal with! Awesome experience with Michael. He came out to help with the heat pumps and I should have called him last time I had an issue. He found a wire chewed by mice, received a new one the next day and that afternoon we were up and running. Michael is a wicked nice guy, explained what was going on, and will be our go to guy for anything HVAC.
Mike did a fantastic job installing a ductless AC system in my home. He was prompt, knowledgeable, went out of his way to satisfy my unique requirements, and was polite and professional from start to finish. I'm a very happy customer and highly recommend his business.
