From the first appointment Dr. Wilhelm was thoughtful and intent on helping us find the correct solution to our son’s health condition. He spent time visiting with us, giving us our options, followed through with referrals sent in, and continuously checked in. It’s so nice to have doctors that listen and truly want to help you with whatever you’re dealing with. Thank you!
Not good bedside manner My opinion
I am writing this to share my experience. After several trips to my primary care Dr my swimmers ear infection was not getting any better and I was referred to Dr Wilhelms ENT practice. I saw Dr Wilhelm at a 9am appt and really liked him. He performed a suctioning of the ear and prescribed ear drops and an antibiotic. For the first time in 2 weeks I had some hope in getting rid of the 24/7 pain and sleepless nights. Unfortunately I cannot get the Dr’s office to call in the prescription to the pharmacy. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Wilhelm and his staff. I have a lifelong history of Eustachian tube dysfunction requiring ear tubes- still at 48 years old! Lots of scarring on my ear drums from chronic problems. Dr. Wilhelm was very sensitive to my fear of having my ears examined. If anyone has ENT fears like I do, he is definitely the doc to see. I ended up having ballon surgery on my Eustachian tubes and he also shaved down my turbinates. My results are excellent! THANK YOU to Dr Wilhelm. And thank you to his staff.
Very expensive. I went in to have my deviated septum looked at. $405.00 to have him scope my sinuses for all of 30 second and my throat was irritated for 2 days after from the numbing solution. Another $338.00 just for the visit which was less than an hour. Total with insurance was $461.00. The doctor seemed decent otherwise. Too much for what little the did.
