It is difficult to find care that you immediately know you're in the right place. This practice is an example and Dr. Wilhelm is exceptional. He heard me out, scoped me right there, confirmed no lesions, and even contacted my GI doctor to review upper GI study. He discussed new meds and speech therapy. From the first appointment Dr. Wilhelm was thoughtful and intent on helping us find the correct solution to our son’s health condition. He spent time visiting with us, giving us our options, followed through with referrals sent in, and continuously checked in. It’s so nice to have doctors that listen and truly want to help you with whatever you’re dealing with. Thank you!
Not good bedside manner My opinion
I am writing this to share my experience. After several trips to my primary care Dr my swimmers ear infection was not getting any better and I was referred to Dr Wilhelms ENT practice. I saw Dr Wilhelm at a 9am appt and really liked him. He performed a suctioning of the ear and prescribed ear drops and an antibiotic. For the first time in 2 weeks I had some hope in getting rid of the 24/7 pain and sleepless nights. Unfortunately I cannot get the Dr’s office to call in the prescription to the pharmacy.
