12.18.23 I visited his office only once, on referral from my GP. It was poorly laid out, with everything as an afterthought. I was asked about forms sent to me. Turns out they were sent to me 2 hours before the appointment. Yet I got confirmations several times last week. I filled out the med history form, then went into a little room with a casual dressed tech, and she proceeded to ask me the same questions and then would type it into a computer.
