I had a problematic crown and within two days I went from being 'uncomfortable' to 'miserable'. I also had a large marble-sized lump on my jaw. I had a visit with my family dentist who immediately referred me to Dr. Wheatley's office. They worked me in immediately (went from one office to the next!) to begin the process and relieve the pain. Seemed very knowledgeable and was personable. I trusted him completely. Answered my question and took the time! Also his staff were all so pleasant and everyone seemed to know their job and did it efficiently. The office was very clean and well maintained. They all made me feel welcome as a patient.
I had a root canal done by Dr Wheatley and he made the process a lot easier than I thought it would be, answered all my questions and explained what he was doing, his assistant was very helpful as well. Had some trouble a week later and called the office and they got me in same day to fix my issue and I so appreciate the fast courteous service they gave me. Kudos to all office staff and to Dr Wheatley. I would highly recommend him and his staff. Thank You Again
Dr Wheatley did an excellent job! Office staff were great. Dr explained exactly what he was doing, and answered any questions I had. The actual root canal went great, took a nap for part of it !
