I can’t say enough how pleased I am with my agent here. Luke is so responsive to all of my requests. Policy changes are a breeze. Had hail damage to my car earlier this year and the claim process was way easier than I expected. If I could give them more than five stars I would!
I purchased my condo insurances since 2019 here. The communication was good and smooth at first a couple of years. Till this year 2025, I received the renewal email (which is always 20 days later than the expiration date) and I replied ‘I won’t continue the policy.’ No body replied and contacted me. Then in 2 months, I received another bill saying I have to pay an extra month coverage.
