Dr. Gilbert has been my primary physician for many years. He is a very caring individual, and I feel very confident in his knowledge and counsel. I had an emergency gout attack and this Dr. never refilled my prescription in time. I am still suffering from gout and these people do not care. Find another doctor.
dr Gilbert seemed thorough. Main issue is with the excessive wait. Over an hour. On the second visit I explained up front that we had another appointment and if the dr was not able to see us within an hour we could reschedule. I was told multiple times it would be another few minutes and not a problem. Sure enough it takes 50 mins until we get called from waiting room and I explain to medical assistant that I have another five mins, she says no problem, 10 mins later we left. Won't return.
