Dr Michael Chu has a big heart, like an angel from God, to look after you as he looks after his family. He never rushed to finish your questions. He makes sure you understand when he explained to you giving you options and alternatives. Best doctor you could ask for.
I’m grateful that I’ve found Dr. Chu as my GP since I was a teenager. Ever since he has been such an amazing, very thorough, exceptional in providing patient care. Over the years, I have seen all his patients have stayed with him even the wait times are longer because he really provide proper care and quality service to each and every individual. Dr. Michael Chu is my family doctor for over 20 years. In the early stage, he was good at me, called me in about on time of appointment, given enough time to listen to my issues. But lately, he is totally opposite though he is my whole family members family doctor. In this days he calls me in one and a half hour later of the appointment time and spend only 5 to 10 minutes to concluded the appointment and keeps reminding me that "more patients are waiting for me in the waiting area" and says, "if you have more than one issues... read more
