I read some previous negative reviews of long wait times, but I must say I was impressed overall. We did wait a bit, but I also had to find information to give them. I took my toddler in for his annual health exam. The nurses were wonderful each one acknowledged my son. They were playful and friendly with my son which made the experience fun for him and less scary, especially when he was getting shots. Great experience. He was very informative, helpful, and nice
I brought my 5-month-old daughter in because she suddenly developed a large, raised, fluid-filled bump on the back of her head that appeared within about an hour. It was approximately 2” x 2” in size and very noticeable. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a physician. From the moment he entered the room, the doctor was dismissive and unprofessional. He had a medical student with him and repeatedly spoke down to her in front of us.
