Dr.koss is horrible. Kept interrupting me after asking questions. Gave me no guidance or answers. Just left the exam room. Didn't ask if I had any questions. Lazy and careless!!!
Dr Koss is awesome professional. Front desk staff is terrible. Never answer the phone, no call back, tried calling for a week. No luck. Just wanted to make a appointment.
I recently left a very horrible review for this office and practice based off emotions after hanging up with the MA. I apologize for allowing my emotions to leave that type of review. Although everything I said was true, less the days of the week being off which I noticed after the fact, it still doesn’t excuse it. I was referred to Dr. Koss by my PCP.
