I recently left a very horrible review for this office and practice based off emotions after hanging up with the MA. I apologize for allowing my emotions to leave that type of review. Although everything I said was true, less the days of the week being off which I noticed after the fact, it still doesn’t excuse it. I was referred to Dr. Koss by my PCP. Dr Koss did not follow through after my tests I still have the issue but never followed up to find what's wrong with me
Dr. Michael Koss performed my routine colonoscopy. Unfortunately I have some unfortunate things to say about the experience. I only saw him once prior to the procedure where he asked if I had any questions. I was feeling really good, and I couldn’t think of any questions. However, as soon as I came out of anesthesia, I was back in recovery where a young assistant was getting my paperwork ready and pointed to my clothes and told me to get dressed.
