The best Doctor I've ever had. He is a true motivator when it comes to keeping patients on par to reach their goals for health and weight management.
He is the best. I’ve never felt rushed. He spends all the time I need and answers all my many questions. He diagnosed a serious condition that no one else picked up on. Likely saved my life from a progressive disease. And he is kind and caring. I will be with him as my primary as long as he practices.
Unprofessional, does not listen to patient's concerns. Only cares about your weight. Quick to pull out the RX pad if that's what you are after. Not so quick to help you, or listen, or even attempt to hold back a smirk while you tell him your deeply personal problems.
My experience with Dr. underhill has been great. He is understanding and caring. He never hesitates to send you to a specialist if you need one. Two words that describe him are quality and caring.
Had my first visit with Dr. Underhill today. He spent about a half-hour talking to me and didn't try to rush our visit. He seems to 'listen' and really hear what you're saying. I look forward to having him as my Primary Care Physician.
Appointment was in regards to a highly important issue and he immediately brushed off everything I said. He then proceeded to tell me that he has the same condition too (how could he know if I wasn't diagnosed yet?) and that I should just change my diet. If he had listened, I just described my diet which was EXACTLY what he suggested already. Seems like he decided he knew my body better than me after 5 minutes of meeting, and that I didn't need help. Had to see another doc for diagnosis.
Excellent Doctor he also does sports medicine! I have been with Dr. Underhill for years and get the best care and service from him and his staff. Dr. Underhill was a former US Army doctor so you can rest assured he pays attention to you! Highly recommended for your family doctor!
He is very thorough and I have never been rushed through his office. I am overall pleased with the doctor I would highly recommend.
