Dr. Tzeng saw me for a follow-up after an ER visit. My regular PCP was booked out 2 months, but I was seen by Dr. Tzeng, who is an Internist with a stellar educational background. He was wonderful: attentive, focussed, direct (in a positive way), and very kind. I was able to switch my care to him, and have experienced top notch guidance and care.
Dr. Tzeng is knowledgeable, kind, caring, and patient. He listened carefully and kindly as I explained my conditions, offered detailed explanations that allowed me to understand what was going on medically, and answered all my questions thoroughly. He did not rush me, and I felt he truly cared and more importantly, wanted me to feel comfortable and knowledgeable about the treatment we decided upon. He is quite extraordinary.
