He listened carefully and kindly as I explained my conditions, offered detailed explanations that allowed me to understand what was going on medically, and answered all my questions thoroughly. He did not rush me, and I felt he truly cared and more importantly, wanted me to feel comfortable and knowledgeable about the treatment we decided upon. He is quite extraordinary.
