We can’t say enough good things about Dr. Wood. He took the time to call after surgery, the week following surgery and after receiving pathology report. Office visits are thorough, informative and personal. We highly recommend Dr. Wood.
Very frustrated with answering service. Called four times to change an appointment. First time waited 45 minutes when answering service said 6 minute wait. Second time 30. Fourth time “wait time 20 minutes”. Wood is terrific. Answering service is Aweful.
I was diagnosed with kidney stone at Highlands medical said there was no way I could pass It . then gave me some medicine sent me home with some kind of medicine to help pass. I could not stand. The pain went to Crestwood. They referred me to Dr. Wood. he stopped the pain immediately. got the surgery done and I am all better thank you Dr. Wood.
Nothing against Dr. Wood. Communication with staff was terrible. I was trying to make an emergency appointment after being already diagnosed with a urinary tract infection by my physician, which has been going on for about 3 weeks. The nurse working with Dr. Wood asked for test results to be sent to their office and it was done the same day. She was supposed to call me after receiving the test results.
