Excellent psychiatrist. Very knowledgeable and down to earth, I wish I could have kept him as my psychiatrist for many more years. But I’m now past the age of the adolescent clinic. He was my psychiatrist for 8 years, and having him as my psychiatrist was very helpful to me many times. Dr. Tsappis communicates well with his patients!

Dr Tsappis has treated my son for about 10 years. He is excellent. My son is autistic and responds very well to Dr Tsappis. Professional, knowledgeable, available, and personable. He has made our lives better So grateful for his expertise.
Very troubling treatment of patients, pattern of communication with insurance company (or lack of communication thereof), troubling philosophical pronouncements, failure to diagnose accurately, arbitrary outbursts. Would frequently have outbursts over ANY call after hours that infringed on his home time. I was in ill health for some of the time while I saw Dr. Tsappis, and called Dr. Tsappis's private cell number (which he gave me) about 5 times over three years.
