Unprofessional and poor customer service

I cannot say enough about the owner and who he is as a person. Booked a 90th birthday party and unfortunately had to cancel very last minute due to my grandpa being admitted to the hospital and needing an emergency procedure and not being able to make his own surprise party this coming Saturday. I contacted the owner and explained the situation, Mike was extremely understanding and very professional about it.
