It's been many years now since I've seen Dr Michael Theodoros for my eating disorder, which I'm now in complete remission for. Looking back, I have to thank him for his help or I likely wouldn't have survived. I used to always argue with my Psychologist and Dietitian, but Dr Michael Theodoros made me feel understood. My family are also incredibly thankful, always attributing my recovery to his help.
Being long-term stable now with my anxiety & depression, I was recently reflecting on my appointments with Michael Theodoros, which was years ago. He is probably the worst mental health practitioner I’ve ever encountered. The first time I saw him was because a physician had diagnosed me at age 23 with bulimia. Can’t get in touch, phone is always disconnected.
Dr. Theo has helped me immensely with many of my issues and with his help I have been able to become mentally stable and so much better than what I used to be. I’ve been seeing him for just over a year, first with weekly appointments and now with fortnightly appointments since I no longer need the weekly ones.
