Why does it take seven phone calls to get a prescription refilled and still not have an answer or a refill completed? I’ve left several messages for the refill department and several messages to Sheila, Dr. Vicuña’s nurse… To no avail. Could somebody please do their job and get the medication that doctor has put me on? You guys are 2 1/2 weeks behind getting this filled and I don’t think doctor’s going to be happy. I’m not on medication that he expects me to be on.

Very happy with his service and how he cared for me . He was friendly and compassionate.
Dr Sinopoli made me feel very comfortable during my first visit. He was personable and easy to talk to. He explained the next steps in my treatment, and answered my questions thoroughly. I was impressed that he personally walked me to the desk where we made arrangements for my next appointment and then made certain that I found the exit. He seems to definitely care about his patients.
