Dr. K was so nice and sweet to our daughter who had to get an extra tooth removed. He said it was an honor to work on her. I love that the staff initially spoke to her and not us as parents. The surgery went well, they told us to call anytime with concerns. I felt like they were genuine in providing us the best experience. Thank you for making us feel comfortable and that we could trust you.
He recommended our son have his wisdom teeth removed. So we went through him and our son was sent home to recover - even though all four were very impacted. He revived at home and had a bad reaction - and their office was not responsive when we called frantic that he was having a reaction. Our daughter was scheduled to have hers removed, too. We then went elsewhere and were advised to monitor and wait until they dropped so the extraction would be less complicated. It was much better elsewhere
