I love this office. I moved to the area a couple of months ago, and I needed to see a gyn urgently. Dr. Dresdner sees patients beginning at 7am on Fridays, which worked well for me / I didn't have to take any time off from work. He was professional and very knowledgeable; I am so glad I found him. The office is also beautiful and the staff is great. I highly recommend him!
I just had my first appointment with Dr. Dresdner this week and he was phenomenal. First of all, he is in a perfect location right in the center of South Orange. The office is warm and beautiful and I just felt I was in the right place right whent I walked in. The staff were professional and friendly. But the best part is Dr. Dresdner. He is so knowledgeable, kind and professional. He listened carefully to all of my questions and gave me good clear answers. I have finally found my obgyn!
Dr. Dresdner is wonderful. He always answers all my questions and he is so knowledgeable and so gentle. A real professional. Also, I love the staff - they are friendly and warm. I've been a patient for years and have had only positive experiences.
Dr. Dresdner is all about money and has no moral compass. Additionally, his whole front desk staff is unprofessional and incompetent- never relaying urgent message to the doctors and all with bad attitudes. Recently he hired a female Obgyn by the name of Dr. Parissi who is sweet but just a puppet in this factory they call a health office. Overall a really indecent experience and a woman should feel respected and honored when dealing with our reproduction system. This office lacks respect.
But receptionist are terrible they put you on hold never come back and the lies about everything ???????????? plus if you tells them to call the pharmacy or insurance company they say they will call but not true
Dr. Dresdner is pretty good. He's somewhat attentive but he doesn't answer questions with clarity. Mostly his answers are something like, I'm the doctor, I know more about your body than you do. Unfortunately the reason I'm leaving his practice is his very poor office staff.
