Well, I have been in the restaurant business as a Chef owner, rendering caring service to the public for 40 years. ZERO bedside manner. He was very nice at consult, but day of procedure not only did he arrive 15 minutes after her scheduled surgery time, but came in hot berating my daughter who was already very upset due to a needle phobia that was discussed at length during the consult, and leading up to the surgery. He said he could accommodate her fears, and it wouldn't be a problem. Day of he was a totally different person. Been years but he ruined my life from a surgical procedure to move my jaw. Post operative nerve pain since procedure 20 years ago. Every day dozens of meds to stop the burn. Most likely severed a nerve.
