Dr. Is fine. Staff stinks. I called on a Thursday to change a Monday appointment and was told I was going to be charged $100 for late cancellation? Really ?! My family has seen the Dr. for several years..No more. Don’t put rules before relationships.
Dr Sweeney is great, when I had a dental emergency he got me in right away, the hygienists have been extremely sweet as well, but the front staff has gone down hill, we have had a few appointments and they aren’t very friendly and when I needed a copy of my bill I told the girl the dates. Which I knew she wasn’t listening. Then when I got the bill in the mail it was wrong. It was extremely frustrating!
Dr. Sweeney took excellent care of me when I had a dental emergency. His office is professional, and the staff are empathetic and caring. I highly recommend them for your dental needs!
