My experience at the Sullivan Centre could not have been more positive.They offer a personal, confident atmosphere that creates a completely comfortable feeling from the minute you enter. Dr. Mike has a calm, sincere demeanor and explains several options to address your individual needs. I had a face lift and upper blepharoplasty 10 days ago and am amazed at the results. I was worried I would look unnatural but was shocked at how beautiful and glowing my results were. I would highly recommend.
I first discovered the Sullivan Centre 8 years ago when I relocated to Columbus from Los Angeles for work. I’ll admit I was skeptical. Moving to a smaller city, I wondered if I would find the kind of care I had been used to in Los Angeles. Everything about my experience with Dr. Sullivan and his staff was excellent! I had a Lower Face-lift and CO2 lasering around my mouth. Everyone was very attentive. Dr. Sullivan did a fantastic job with both procedures. I am extremely happy! I would recommend The Sullivan Centre to anyone who is looking for plastic surgery or looking for microdermabrasion, ultrasound, various facial peels or regular skin care. I've had several injections of botox/dysport and various fillers over the years at the hands of at least eight injectors. Some have been just okay, good or even great, but Dr. Mike Sullivan's skillful hand exceedes greatness.
Horrible surgeon, don't trust your face with him. The Sullivan Centre is a plastic surgery assembly line, which lacks quality in treatment and poor execution of surgical skill. This surgeon does more harm than good, and Dr. Mike does not hold himself accordingly to the Hippocratic Oath (more like Hypocrisy Oath, if you go by my experience with him).
I recently had some surgery around the eye & also some skin treatments by Dr. Sullivan. It was a wonderful experience & the results are more than I expected. The surgical team took such great care, the office staff also were so responsible in answering any questions/concerns I had. And Dr. Sullivan himself was with me all the way - each time answering questions, explaining, setting realistic outcomes & performing a procedure with ease & no pain. He always made sure I understood what would happen
I could not say enough good things about Dr. Sullivan. Thorough, friendly, detailed, great patient relationship... Often challenging to get an appointment but well worth any wait.
The Sullivan Centre staff has zero communication skills; they are cold, self-absorbed, insincere and deceitful. Aside from lacking bedside manner, Nurse Lenore was unknowledgeable and unprepared for my pre-op visit. It got to the point where I had been lied to and ignored so many times over a month's time, that I felt it was in my best interest to cancel my scheduled surgery. When I spoke to Dr. Mike to explain my decision, he cut me off mid sentence, said he didn't want to listen and hung up!
