I had an 11:45 appointment to see him at the Nottingham office and was told to get there 10 minutes early to check in. I arrived at 11.15. After check in, I sat for over an hour in the waiting room. When my wife asked how lunch longer the wait would be and how much time to allow for the appointment, the receptionist responded, “we are waiting for the technician” and once he checks in to allow another hour.
