These apartments are very basic, not upgraded, BUT it is worth the price and maybe a little more. I have been here a year and have never had issues with appliances, AC or pests. And that is saying ALOT because my first apartment was a nightmare. It is clean and maintained well. It is Pasadena so you have noise and trash from surrounding areas but my side is very quiet and I have tons of neighbors that garden which is nice. I live on this property and unfortunately we pay extra $$ for Pasadena police department too have a nice apt. At our cost,I have been a large supporter or law enforcement, however, our department has the old-school mentality, they show up to pick up there check,hang out and flirt with office staff on payroll from city. So while crimes go unsolved call arbors at town square and ask if a on duty Pasadena police officer can stop flirting and come help yoh.
