Shawn Patton was AMAZING! She is wonderful with communication, very friendly and took her time explaining everything, even making sure I was comfortable with my purchase (which I totally am!). Besides Shawn, EVERYONE was open, friendly, helpful…and they all seemed to enjoy what they do for a living, which really feels good, knowing that they are customer forward! I highly recommend this establishment and walked away feeling really good about what I own and the amount of time I spent there. Totally worth it!
I’m writing this review on behalf of my mom, who recently had an extremely disappointing experience here... despite us being natives to Richmond. She purchased a brand-new Ford Maverick, and when problems with the vehicle came up just months later, she did everything right: called ahead, scheduled service, and followed up repeatedly. My car couldn't be serviced at this location but everyone from start to finish was pleasantly accommodating. Very nice service center! Its clean with plenty of room to sit and they have complimentary snacks and beverages.
Just picked up my new Bronco and couldn’t be happier. Big shoutout to Don (my salesman), Adam (sales manager), and Garnett (finance manager). I’ve basically grown up with these guys Garnett sold my dad cars for years when I was a kid, and now he’s still taking care of us on the finance side. They made the whole process easy, honest, and no pressure exactly why we keep coming back. If you want a team that treats you like family and actually looks out for you, this is it.
I really appreciate everything that Bryan did for me. He gave me a car that I enjoy and needed. And this was first time ever buying a car. I got KIA Niro 2022. I couldn’t be more proud of myself. And I am so grateful for working with Bryan he found me a car that I really enjoy driving.
