A completely respectful sales experience. Clear communication. No pressure. Associates took the time to understand completely our needs. First contact Mo, answered all my inventory questions and respected my desire to be out of contact for a couple weeks. Most of the selling process, Mel. This was the best experience ever buying/leasing a car, and this like my 30th time! If you want a Kia, buy it from Mel!
Polite, concerned, eager to provide service.
Super friendly and accommodating. Old-fashioned good service all around.
Hilltop Ford was the absolute best vehicle buying experience I have ever experienced. Sales person Bryan Hernandez was extremely polite, attentive and overall easy person to discuss the more challenging aspects of the car buying process. I highly recommend anyone to keep Hilltop Ford high on your list of potential dealers. Well done Hilltop Ford!!!!
I had a great experience working with JC. From start to finish, he was personable, professional, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. JC took the time to explain key features. Most importantly, he worked collaboratively with me to find numbers that made sense and close the deal smoothly. Buying a car can often feel stressful, but his personal, straightforward, transparent approach made the entire process seamless. I’d gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a new Kia.
