I have had some ups and downs bringing my vehicles here over the years but I would say that generally this is one of the best dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. Taylor is super helpful!
This is a review for their service department. I had a Ford Performance ECU tune installed and I was very impressed by the whole process from the ease of booking my appointment (they had plenty of openings and I got to choose the date and time) to the actual appointment. My service advisor, Richard, kept me up to date on the whole process and was very professional and customer oriented. took my car in for a simple oil change and it ended up taking over 6 hours. That alone is unacceptable for such a basic service. To make it worse, I later received an email saying my car had been washed and the tire pressure was set. Neither of those things were actually done. If it takes 6 hours just to change the oil, and the other services they claim to do aren’t even done, how can I trust the rest of their work? Completely disappointing experience.
Shawn Patton was AMAZING! She is wonderful with communication, very friendly and took her time explaining everything, even making sure I was comfortable with my purchase (which I totally am!). Besides Shawn, EVERYONE was open, friendly, helpful…and they all seemed to enjoy what they do for a living, which really feels good, knowing that they are customer forward! I highly recommend this establishment and walked away feeling really good about what I own and the amount of time I spent there. Totally worth it!
