Came in to lease a Kia EV9 and honestly couldn't have had a smoother experience. Sean and Mo were straightforward, friendly, and didn't waste our time with the usual back-and-forth you dread at dealerships. The finance team over at the Ford side were equally great - no hard sell, just got it done. We drove away happy and would absolutely come back. Rare to say that about a car buying experience, but here we are.
I bought a brand new Ford Escape Plugin hybrid from this dealership and Bardiya was my sales man. He sold me a damaged car which was fixed in a bodyshop and sold it to me instead of a brand new car. I didn’t know this until I took it for inspection. I communicated with them, other dealerships and Ford corporate and followed up for 4 months. All they did was waste my time and sent me to here and there. Eventually I got tired of opening so many cases and complaining to their management so I dropped the case. I had a great experience getting my car serviced here. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The customer lounge was a pleasant surprise—comfortable, clean, and stocked with snacks and a coffee machine, which made the wait much more enjoyable. A special thank you to John, my service advisor. Completely unprofessional. The advisor Lisa straight up hung up on me because she knew I was right and they were in the wrong. Ford dealer collected the wrong amount from the customer and expects us to pay the difference. The customer knew he had a bill and was expecting to pay. Because the Ford dealer collected the wrong amount she wants us to pay the difference. They need to call the customer and collect from him. All the advisors there are have poor business ethics.
