I took my recently purchased used car in to a mechanic to check the brakes, and there ended up being several repairs needed that were not caught in Hilltop's dealership inspection. My car is still within the 90-day warranty period, and I have been trying for weeks to get a follow up from their Service Advisor with no success. Don't take their word with their "certified" vehicle inspections.
We had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Jonathan Vasquez who sold us a Ford Mach e. I had called around to other dealers...no one compared with the level of communication and service that Jonathan provided! I would recommend him highly!
I have had some ups and downs bringing my vehicles here over the years but I would say that generally this is one of the best dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. Taylor is super helpful!
This is a review for their service department. I had a Ford Performance ECU tune installed and I was very impressed by the whole process from the ease of booking my appointment (they had plenty of openings and I got to choose the date and time) to the actual appointment. My service advisor, Richard, kept me up to date on the whole process and was very professional and customer oriented.
