Bought a car from them we had arranged what I wanted with the sales person and gave them a time and date when I’d be there to buy. The original sales person wasn’t there so they told me to meet with someone else. That sales person was busy so I was introduced to another sales person. Do not take your car here for anything more than basic service. They had my explorer for almost a year. It got so bad that ford corporate tried to get involved, and I learned their mechanics - in all that time - did not call fords mechanic help line. I spent hundreds of dollars in diagnostic fees and they could never get to the issue - they would say everything is fine only for my check engine light to come back on the drive home.
