This review is for their auto service center which is terrible. I noticed they recently removed their phone line to make it harder for customers to schedule service....like what the heck??! And then, service person always end up flagging my vehicle for items that needs to be ordered (gaskets, for example) and they NEVER get it done. Nothing gets ordered, nothing gets serviced, and everyone just forgot what happened. I had such a fantastic experience at Hilltop Ford! From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel welcome and truly taken care of. I have never been treated better at a dealership than I have at Hilltop Ford. John, Don, Lynette, Sonia, Abby, B, and the finance guy (sorry I don’t remember your name but you’re great) were, and continue to be, spectacular. Everyone that I worked with was kind and really cared about me getting into the vehicle I wanted and they were patient when I wanted to test out different vehicles.
