My Kia Nero had a recall, I was notified by mail. I called, brought the car in for inspection and a week later, got the part installed. Everyone in the service center was friendly, no waiting, and the free shuttle. It all worked well for me. And the car was washed and vacuumed! What a surprise!
I will never recommend anybody to buy a car from hill top kia because I am facing problem with my brand new kia forte and these guys were not able to fix it and the best worst part is car is under warranty. After 3 days of drop off they said sorry we don’t have parts and as i know the diagnose only take couple of hours but these guys took 3 days just to diagnose the car. That was the worst experience of my life
