I am happy with Dr. Starbler. The one problem is trying getting a hold of the office. I called three days in a row. Waited 1 hour no answer. Then I opted to have a call back. It said you wouldn’t loose your spot in line. You would receive a call back within the day or the next morning. No call back. I called on the third day and finally talked to someone to make an appointment. This is not a way to run and office. Its very upsetting. Especially if your in pain. Upon arrival I made my Co-pay and had x-rays taken. The Doctor said he was unable to help with my injury and referred me to another University Doctor. I had already waited a week for an appointment and was not given any treatment or medication. Unfortunately, the Doctor I was referred to was not able to see me for two weeks. My condition is not getting better and will now have to seek alternate treatment.
After rotator cuff surgery in 2024 with another doctor. I developed a frozen shoulder with complications.Made an appointment with with Dr Staebler and he started a treatment plan and later a second surgery which was very successful.Today 6 month after, I am fully recovered with full range motion of my arm again.Thank you so much Dr Staebler!God bless you.
