Sleazy. If you want to be patronized and lied to I’d recommend these guys. If you get someone named julien run away. This guy will talk down to you and yell at you for not buying the house he wants you to. Took advantage of me because I was a first time home buyer and convinced me to sign a one year contract to work with them. Biggest mistake, huge waste of time. We (buyers) found the property to buy We negotiated the price No research done on the property - all the research was done by us and our lawyer Not even a single call on the day of closing or before or after the closing - none till today (its been a week since closing). I am glad we didn't sell the property through them
