Dr. Spandorfer and his staff have been absolutely great in every way! I appreciate the work they do and would highly recommend them!
Was a stable, satisfied patient until the practice changed. Then I had a change in insurance ( they were told in advance). Could not get med refills & couldn’t even get a return call. I had to go to the office to get a new prescription. I called the practice manager and got no return call. Borderline patient abandonment. If I could give less than one star I would. Very disappointed.
My Primary Care Dr sent a referial to this office for me to be seen. After 4 weeks I have not heard a word from this office. I called to make a appointment and had to leave a message. Said my call would be returnes within 24 hours. Now eight days later still no returned call. I can not give a review of this Doctor but will tell you he has the poorest office staff I have ever delt with in mylife. Take my advice and avoid this pratice.
