I always found the doctor and his staff to be kind and helpful. I’m so glad he moved from his St. Francis location since I have problems with walking.
I brought my mom there and the dr was wonderful made all kind of promises and delivered none they were suppose to get my mom a breathing machine I waited and called the office twice someone was suppose to call me back and no one did then I called and left a message for dr spandorpher to call me they said he is at the hospital today he will call you tomorrow well it’s beep a week and no call yet and. No breathing machine yet
Dr. Spandorfer and his staff have been absolutely great in every way! I appreciate the work they do and would highly recommend them!
Was a stable, satisfied patient until the practice changed. Then I had a change in insurance ( they were told in advance). Could not get med refills & couldn’t even get a return call. I had to go to the office to get a new prescription. I called the practice manager and got no return call. Borderline patient abandonment. If I could give less than one star I would. Very disappointed.
