Worst experience ever.. sold me a broken car with broken transmission. They fixed brakes and heating/cooling system but they refuse to fix the transmission. That didn’t make any sense. Worst dealer ever!! Don’t recommend it to anybody. And sadly it wasn’t just my car also I recommended the dealer to different family and friends because I thought they were really professional honest and was giving me the best deal, WRONG!!! Sold a car to us FULL of problems. Take forever to say they’ll get it fixed and when we spend hundreds to fix it, it’s still not working leavin us stranded on the highway. They never call back. Now supposedly they don’t wanna fix the car. Very interesting way of doing business lol.
I just purchased a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo yesterday and I could not be more pleased. Ray and Michael Jr. were very professional, personable, knowledgeable and courteous. My experience purchasing this Jeep was nothing short of being SUPERB! The 2 hour drive was well worth it! thanks guys! Tina D.
After encountering problems and a misunderstanding, I admit my harsh overreaction was purely reactionary. My issue was addressed quickly and professionally. I have a renewed respect for this place and their honesty.
