Scheduled them to come out and look at my HVAC. The tech came out then never contacted me later. Had to chase down an answer for a few days just for them to tell me they don’t want to do the work. No reasoning whatsoever. Trash service and a waste of time.
DO NOT allow them to service your home units. The technicians they hire are completely useless and have no clue and they all give different feedback. When your concerns are addressed with management, their response is to take your buisness elsewhere. WOW just WOW. NOT only are the technicians useless, management is worse. You will thank me.

Wish i could offer ZERO stars. This is how your Michael and Son plumbing appointment is probably going to go. You will pick an appointment time two days in advance. Day of the appointment the technician will call you and ask you to move the appointment up by several hours. You will grudgingly agree only to have the tech show up and sit in his car out front and call you. You'll miss the call.
