They didn’t make the promised window and didn’t call to say they were running late. Not uncommon, but the HVAC is so competitive that I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I had an appointment today that I scheduled last week for a plumbing leak in my home. The appointment was between 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. At 1:15 I contacted the company to inquire why no one showed up at home. I was told the technician was completing a service call and they did not know when he would be on his way to my home. I was told the service technician should have called me to discuss the delay and what options I had, or contacted the company Dispatch office about his delay so that I could be aware of the situation.... read more
We had a leaky toilet and wanted someone to come as soon as possible so we called Michael & Son. The plumber came first thing in the morning, which was amazing and we really appreciated. When he saw the leak, he told us he would have to fix the pipes connected to the toilet, replace some pipes on the other side of the house that were somehow involved, and totally replace and reinstall the toilet in order to fix the issue. I reached out to this company for a water heater replacement due to a leak in my current unit. The initial triage with customer service was fantastic. The gentleman who answered the phone was extremely polite. He scheduled me as a non-emergency per my request, all was well thus far. The day of the appointment, the technician arrived on time and was polite as well, even though I would say he didn't do very much, or anything that couldn't be done over a video call.
