Your Tech, Agustin Gomez reported to my home to replace several leaking pipes. He was professional, on time and very knowledgeable. He explain what was needed, and gave us a price of work that required replacement.
Aldo was so helpful, taking time to efficiently get all the electronics set up on my phone. Michael and Sons have been my go-to repair people for 9 years. I’ve always found them knowledgeable, dependable, pleasant & well organized. Upkeep yearly is included in my Gold Home Care Agreement which is great peace of mind knowing machinery is being cared for regularly & I don’t get an ugly surprise.

Pipes were leaking near the water heater. Mr. Nam replaced them and installed a much-needed new water heater. He was professional, highly competent, and efficient. He did a very good job.
