Wish i could offer ZERO stars. This is how your Michael and Son plumbing appointment is probably going to go. You will pick an appointment time two days in advance. Day of the appointment the technician will call you and ask you to move the appointment up by several hours. You will grudgingly agree only to have the tech show up and sit in his car out front and call you. You'll miss the call. Just wanted to share what a great customer service experience I had with Michael & Son's. Technician Jake Beaumont was outstanding !!! He was polite, very professional and explained things to me in a very easy to understand way. He also offered me a great value in getting the Homecare warranty plan which I really appreciate. I highly recommend Michael & Son's, they always get the job done. Thank you and keep up the great work !!!
