He on spot with what he had to.do. Was very nice and a very good and excellent service worker. Plumbing needs.
Cody was exceptionally prompt, courteous and professional. He provided us with multiple options to address our issue, and patiently explained each in detail. The work was completed timely and efficiently. Based on our positive experience with Cody, we decided to sign up for Michael’s service plan for HVAC/plumbing/electric.
Charged me $600 for $300 thermostat and when I called them on it they made up something about overhead and diagnostics. Michael & Son does not deserve your trust.
Noe was fantastic. So friendly and knowledgeable. He make sure our units were running appropriately. We needed frion and he explained why it was low and what he recommended to happen in the future.
Noe was very polite, professional, and personable. He was on time and explained everything he did in terms I could understand. It was a pleasure!!!
