Our tech Zachary M. was great. He went above and beyond to make sure our bathroom sink was unclogged.
The came out looked around and said my pipes was frozen and did nothing to help me fix the problem horrible service and then took my $180 bucks
Heat pump was struggling in our last cold snap where temperatures were below freezing for over a week during an ice storm. The break box needed replacing because it had melted some, and indicated wiring problem. Noa was smart, pleasant, diligent and thorough. He explained answers to all of my questions making sure I understood what was going on. I trust Noa. He did a good job.
