Tivon Stalworth as a technician for Michael and Sons was absolutely superb!! He was experienced, knowledgeable, professional, efficient and empathetic for the customer’s concern. He helped diagnose a difficult issue and offer a solution that was completed in the same visit !
The team was very professional and the job was well done. However the installation of the nema outlet was priced at the highest cost, and the technician wasn’t able to explain the reason why the cost was so high, only that the service by Michael’s and Son is premium. The outlet was barely 4-5 inches away from the electric box, done within 5-10 minutes. I cannot trust I received a fair price therefore the 2 stars. I was expecting a more clear and fair pricing through this company and did not get that.

Both electrician was manable. Russell, close the job out with professionalism. Grade work ethics and great personality. I honestly respect both of there work ethics.
