Update: spoke with manager, problem was addressed satisfactorily. The electrical work itself was excellent and achieved in quickly. The technician was very personable.

Simple: worker showed up on time and did his job thoroughly and professionally. I appreciated that he understood that people have to take time off work to facilitate these service calls and respected my time without compromising quality of work. I watched the whole time as he checked every heat exchanger for gas leaks and took precautions when a reading was a bit off.
