Linus did a fantastic job. He came out to run a diagnostic on our AC unit. It was kicking on then run for a few then kick off. He tried to duplicate it but that didn’t work. He kept us informed of what he was doing. I appreciated him coming out to make sure there was nothing going on with our AC unit. Thank you!

Jason showed up on time (in fact, a little earlier than scheduled, which worked out great). He was extremely thorough, identifying several issues that needed to be addressed immediately. He also identified several matters that are not problems now, but which we need to continue to monitor. He then very efficiently fixed the several issues (defective GFIs and outdated breakers) that he had noted.

I strongly recommend Michael & Son Services. Sohail replaced my old leaking water heater the same day that he came out to investigate the leak, providing fantastic service and kept me well informed about the steps he was taking. He was very professional and explained the different replacement options so I could make the best choice for the number of bathrooms the water heater addresses. Glad I called Michael & Son Services, and I'll definitely use them again for all my plumbing needs.

Duy Nguyen service my home 3 time and the 3 times that he visit he was very respectful and accurate with his diagnostic great customer service
